  • Once engaged with a client, we start with a Requisition Lucidity meeting to ensure clear understanding and alignment on the searches. Next, our Impact Identifier process involves thorough research and sourcing, sharing candidate insights with the client to reconfirm direction. We then proceed with our Engaged Outreach process, using a multi-pronged approach to connect with target candidates. After interviewing and qualifying candidates, we submit the most suitable ones. Throughout, we manage communication between the client and candidates and assist with offers to ensure successful hiring.

  • We specialize in Robotics, Hard Tech, and Deep Tech, encompassing a wide range of fields such as food tech, agriculture tech, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, medical, surgical, and more.

  • We engage almost exclusively with candidates through targeted headhunting efforts. Consequently, we screen them for suitability and interest using insights gathered during the Requisition Lucidity meeting. This approach is distinct from screening candidates who apply to open vacancies. Additionally, if our client requires specific testing as part of the process, we can facilitate this during our screening.

  • As a retained search firm, we require one-third of the total success fee upon engagement. However, we set ourselves apart by deferring the remaining two-thirds until the selected candidate signs their offer letter. Specializing in the startup market, we understand financial constraints and considerations. Transparency is paramount to us, ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of the search costs before we begin.
